You can secure your unit with a R 50 000 deposit and a guarantee, or bond for the balance ,or as a cash buyer you can pay a 30% deposit and we will call on the balance later .The balance then can be in the form of a guarantee or even a bond .You will achieve growth during construction phase and thereafter a two year rental guarantee.
